On the first day, you will arrive in Paro by plane, or you can also get a Bus up there, and you’ll experience a grand welcome with a scarf, and it will be a short drive up to your accommodation. After taking a rest for some hours, you’ll move towards Paro Dzong, and your exploration towards Bhutan begins now. 

You’ll explore and learn about their cultural identity, from which you can get more information about their history. It's architectural marvel offers panoramic views of the Paro Valley. After, you’ll visit the National Museum of Bhutan, where centuries-old artifacts reveal the kingdom’s rich cultural tapestry.  In the evening, you’ll have a short meditation session looking beautiful valley, and you can take a rest in your homestay after having dinner in the traditional way of Bhutan for the first time.

Day 2 begins with a gentle yoga session in the fresh air of the mountains. You’ll have breakfast after the session and visit Kyichu Lhakhang temple, which is the oldest temple in Bhutan and is very sacred, and was made in the 7th century by civilians. Explore and engage in different kinds of meditation sessions, and also in a guided mindfulness walk through traditional villages. Taste delicious local lunches made with fresh ingredients at someone’s home and learn about the usual food in Bhutan. Spend a few hours wandering around shops where Bhutanese artisans make and sell their goods and try on the local outfits – the kira and gho. Enjoy a cultural performance before retreating to your hotel for herbal tea therapy and rest.

On the third day, after having breakfast, you’ll have a drive looking a beautiful view of the mountains towards Thimphu, which is known as the capital of Bhutan. You’ll get opportunities to explore the National Memorial Chorten, but before you check into the place for your rest. After exploring the National Memorial Chorten, visit the Buddha Dordenma Statue and the Folk Heritage Museum, from where you can get more detailed information, also gain knowledge to improve our mental health. 

In the evening, after exploring the city's beautiful sites, join a yoga session at a local studio in Thimphu with a local mentor. You’ll also get to know the positive change within us after having different mental exercise sessions. At night, explore the market of the city, enjoy dinner, and take a rest for the day.

After breakfast in Thimphu, you will go hiking to the Tango and Cheri Monasteries, which reside in the forests of the area. The path allows you to enjoy nature and reflect, and the pine-scented air and birds’ songs add to the experience. Visiting the monasteries is followed by a practiced guided meditation, in which the resident monks introduce the wisdom of living mindfully and peacefully. They share their stories and make you know the importance of mental health exercises. After that, you can return to Thimphu city for dinner and a night's stay.

Today, after morning breakfast, you’ll leave for Phobjikha Valley in the cab, which is also known as the glacial land of Bhutan. You’ll explore Phobjikha Valley for the seventh day, visit Gangtey Monastery, a major center of the Nyingma school of Buddhism, and explore it. Capture the photograph, enjoy the beauty of nature, and make your mind fresh.

In the evening, you have the opportunity to join in yoga session whose main focus is on relaxation and reflection, taking time and connecting with nature. After, return to your farmhouse and enjoy your local dish of Bhutan made by the local people, and have a good night.
