We understand that travel plans don't always go as expected. Whether it's a sudden change in schedule or an unforeseen circumstance, we are committed to making the cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before confirming your booking, as the refund amount depends on how far in advance you choose to cancel.

General Booking Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the refund you receive will depend on how many days remain before your scheduled departure date.

If you cancel your booking 30 or more days before departure, you are eligible for an 85% refund after the deduction of applicable processing and service fees. We encourage early cancellations whenever possible, as this allows us to accommodate other travelers and offer you the maximum possible refund.

For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before departure, a 50% refund will be processed after deducting applicable fees. At this stage, preparations for your travel arrangements are already underway, which limits the refund we are able to offer.

If you cancel between 14 and 5 days before your departure date, a 25% refund will be issued after applicable fee deductions. We strongly recommend reaching out to our support team at this stage to explore alternative options such as rescheduling or modifying your booking.

For cancellations made less than 4 days before departure, only the tax amount paid will be refunded after deducting applicable fees, as most travel arrangements will have been fully confirmed by this point.

In the case of cancellations made less than 3 days before departure, we regret that no refund will be granted. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against last-minute emergencies.

Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our tour packages follow a slightly different refund structure, designed to reflect the advance planning and coordination involved in organizing group and individual tours.

If you cancel your tour booking 15 or more days before the departure date, you are entitled to a full refund after the deduction of applicable fees. We appreciate early communication as it helps us manage tour arrangements efficiently.

For cancellations made between 14 and 5 days before the tour departure date, an 85% refund will be provided after deducting applicable fees. While most logistics will already be in motion at this stage, we do our best to recover costs and pass the savings back to you.

If the cancellation is made less than 4 days before the tour departure date, a 50% refund will be issued after applicable fee deductions. By this point, bookings with hotels, transport, and guides are typically finalized and non-reversible.

General Terms and Conditions

All refunds are calculated based on the original booking amount after deducting any applicable processing, service, or administrative fees. Refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official booking platform or by contacting our customer support team directly.

Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Please note that cancellation terms may vary for special promotional packages, discounted fares, or bookings made through third-party platforms. Always review the specific terms applicable to your booking at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your booking, please get in touch with our customer support team and provide your booking reference number, full name, travel date, and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request, confirm the cancellation, and inform you of the refund amount applicable based on the date of your request.
